Revolut Brings EURR to Select Users

Revolut's first euro-backed stablecoin, EURR, is first accessible through its app to a select set of qualified users.

These customers now have access to a stablecoin denominated in euros on Revolut's current platform thanks to the launch. Instead of launching EURR as a stand-alone product outside of its app, Revolut has incorporated it into the process by which qualified users can transfer money between euros and digital assets.

EURR Is Backed by Cash Reserves

Users Can Move Funds Across Euros, Crypto & Blockchains

EURR is intended to make it easier for qualified clients to transfer money between Revolut's euro and cryptocurrency environments. Through the app, users can transfer money between euros, cryptocurrency, external wallets, and blockchains.

As a result, EURR now plays a direct part in Revolut's current digital asset and financial infrastructure. The business claims that qualified customers will be able to transfer EURR to external wallets and across blockchains rather than restricting the stablecoin to transactions within Revolut.
